Information SFT Collects
Personally Identifiable Information: We may ask you to provide us with personal information about yourself, which is information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally (such as your name, address, or e-mail address), which we refer to as "PII," at various times and at various places on this Web Site. In addition, as part of our current and planned services, we may, at any time, add features to our Web Site that require you to register or otherwise provide PII, including credit card information, or we may require registration or a subscription fee to gain access to any portion of our Web Site. Safety First Training and Support Services / E. Carboni Consulting and Marketing Inc (collectively "the Company"), its subsidiaries and affiliates treat all personal information provided by you and collected by us during your application process in strict confidence. Your personal information will be used by us to assess your suitability to assume the job duties of the position for which you have applied. Unless we are under a legal obligation to do so other than those listed below your information will not be disclosed to any external person or body:

It is our policy to store the personal data of unsuccessful applicants in our data base for future recruitment purposes for a period of 2 years. Please let us know if you do not wish us to retain your details for this purpose.

Under the Canada Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486), you have the right to access information that the Company holds about you and have your personal information corrected where appropriate. Safety First Training (SFT) does not knowingly collect information from children under sixteen (16) years of age: This is not a web site directed to children under the age of 16, and SFT does not knowingly collect PII from children under 16 years of age. If you are under 16 years of age, do not send any information about yourself to SFT. If SFT discovers that a child under the age of 16 has provided PII, SFT will delete that child's PII from its system.
